The King County Promotores Network sponsors this health event in collaboration with the City of Kirkland, Seattle-King County Public Health, Latinos Promoting Good Health, Molina Healthcare, PSE, Lake Washington School District, and the community. This event is FREE and provides health services, along with essential information, education, and resources to the most underserved members of our diverse communities.

Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 5 PM on Friday, August 29, 2025.

Cost: Participation is entirely free for nonprofit organizations.

Location: Your exact space will be confirmed upon approval. Please note that the event may be held outdoors.

Help Support Our Community Raffle

While exhibiting is free, you can enhance the event by donating a $50 (or more) gift card for our attendee raffle drawings. This is an optional but greatly appreciated contribution.

To better serve our attendees, we strongly encourage exhibitors who can provide materials or staff in languages other than English. This includes Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Hindi, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, and more.
