This event is FREE and provides health services, along with essential information, education, and resources to the most underserved members of our diverse communities.

Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 5 PM on Friday, August 29, 2025.

Cost: Participation is entirely free for nonprofit organizations.

Location: Your exact space will be confirmed upon approval. Please note that the event may be held outdoors.
